However, the challenge was monumental; the existing client portal was a maze in itself, complicating rather than simplifying the process. It was at this pivotal moment that MainStreet partnered with DDLab, setting the stage for a transformation that would redefine the interface between startups and their unclaimed treasures.
What We Did
DLab embarked on a comprehensive evaluation and redesign of the client-facing side of MainStreet's platform. Our approach focused on four key areas:
User Flow Redesign: DDLab delved deep into the anatomy of MainStreet's client portal, identifying critical pain points in the user journey. The redesign focused on creating a seamless flow, ensuring that startups could navigate the platform with ease and efficiency.
Dashboard Innovation: The heart of the transformation lay in the dashboard redesign. It became a sanctuary for users, offering a quick and simplified experience in managing tax credit claims and discovering new government incentives.
Collaborative UX Overhaul: In a symphony of collaboration, DDLab worked hand in glove with MainStreet's product managers and engineers. Together, they infused the platform with informative indicators, illuminating the path for users by providing real-time status updates on their claims.
